Kunshan Baiyulan Furniture Co, Ltd. is a private enterprise. It was founded by Shanghai Baiyulan Furniture Co, Ltd. in 2003 with investment of RMB 120 million Yuan. It locates in No.15 Shuangma Road, Dianshanhu Economic and Technical Development Zone, Kunshan city. The company is an export-oriented manufacturing enterprise, specializes in development and production of high-quality wood kitchen and bathroom furniture. It owns an integrated and independent procedure in renovation, design and production, as well as the proprietary brand of Baiyulan. For release reduction of formaldehyde, the company has set up an independent lab – ASTM D6007, ranking advanced levels in China; the release rate of formaldehyde in export products is less than 0.05 ppm, which is absolutely superior to the highest domestic EO standard, thus making its products authenticated by American CARB and being awarded with Green Channel and international ISO9001 certification. The company covers 45000m2 and has 850 staffs. It possesses imported full-automatic and computer-controlled timber drying equipments with drying capacity of 500 m3 each time, and the whole introduced advanced wood furniture production line, including German “Pro” full-automatic optimizing saw, “HOMAG” full-automatic four-edge sawing, full-automatic wood edge banding machine, six-row boring machine and computer processing center, “Hirschmann” irregular sander, Taiwan “Guangrong” single blade trimming saw and “Zhenxiao” plane sander, and Italian “EMC” totally closed full-automatic recyclable painting line. The company creates annual production value exceeding RMB 200 million Yuan and increase at the rate of 30%, its products sells well to 28 states and spreads the east and west coast and north center of America. A new factory with floorage of 20000m2 was constructed by the end of 2010, which has introduced advanced waterproof painting equipments from German and Italy. It uses water-base wood paint with zero release within workshop, which makes it the first wood-processing green enterprise in China. The newly-built factory was put into production in Sep, 2011.
Main materials of the products include hard and soft maple, cherry and white oak from North America, as well as oak, acer mono maxim, maple and birch from China and Russia.
